Good day! Jerusalem was beautiful and it was special to see where Jesus was, but I honestly enjoyed Bethlehem, on the other side of the wall, more. At both stops, we did a lot of gardening. Suriname and Guyana... Personal journey. Suriname Culture... It was difficult to accept the culture. There was a lot of dancing, shouting, loud music, screaming and emotional expressions. I struggled not to judge somethings I did not understand. It was just different. God challenged me to love those that differ from me. To love them even if we disagree sometimes. 17 Days in India went by so quickly. Beautiful kids and a friendly host at the orphanage where we stayed. We decided to repaint the orphanage and to buy something for the children, but we didn't have any money. We needed R25 000 for this project. So we started this project by faith !
