Gloria Deus in Brasil

Gloria Deus in Brasil
Lush green jungle, mountains, waterfalls, hummingbirds and big blue butterflies. This was the setting of our first ministry point in South America. Our mission in Itatiaia was the fulfilment of a vision God gave Mariana Adolpho 10 years ago: to build a prayer room on the mountain where people from all over the world could come and spend time with God. There is a big witchcraft influence in the area and hotels and houses ran empty as a result. During our time there we helped to build the prayer room, painted the house in bright, life giving orange and yellow...

Imperfectly perfect

The world is telling you a lie. The world's image of perfection is NOT what we must strive for. We must strive for being in a relationship with God. Strive to get to know Him. For God is perfect and in His eyes we are perfect. No person could ever be perfect like Him. I have a ring that symbolizes the way God sees us: * There is a small flaw in the jewel (we all have flaws) * There is a small crack in the body of the ring (our physical body is not perfect and never looks the...

My heart is fondly grounded into a circular world. A world of community, where we raise each other’s children and we all go hungry together. Outward appearance makes way for heart value.  Time is a commodity to be used for establishing...

Conversation with GOD#Vietnam.

I have seen all the War movies. I was not expecting this! And to top it all, we where in Saigon (today known as Ho Chi Minh city), named after the north Vietnamese leader in the war. Saigon was the last stronghold in the War and the capital of the south. But it was not the run down, broken, bankrupt, sad city I was expecting. Except for the country side everything is developed and evolving. I where in an accident during my time in Vietnam, got help from the local hospital. Clean, organized and doctors who can speak English and...

The Kingdom of Cambodia...

Firstly, we stand before the Lord, giving Him all the thanks and honour for bringing us to the so called “Kingdom of Cambodia.” As it was our first time in Cambodia, we as a team didn’t really have  anything to prepare us for the country itself; except to come in faith and to put all our trust in Him for guidance and to use us as a team to do great things for Him here in the country.   Secondly; we were priveledged to be taken in by a wonderful family who served us with open arms by blessing us...
