As it goes with all pioneering journeys...we travel without a plan and purely by Faith. A lot of people don’t really grasp how this works or why anyone would want to do something like that. They also don’t really understand why we would go to a country or place without any pre-arranged accommodation etc. Boy, did the authorities in the Cayman Islands NOT understand this concept!! And thus began our adventure on the island of Grand Cayman...

The bus driver took us back to the town we had come from. There we got onto another bus that took us to a little town, next to the Yellow River (we do not post the actual names of towns we visited in China. Hence forward this town will be called "The little town by the Yellow River").
And so it begins. One overcast morning in Fusagasuga, Colombia, four team members received their first challenge papers as the Green Team. After tearful goodbyes to the residents of the New Tribes base, we donned our heavy backpacks and started the long walk to the "mercado", or the market.
