They bring meaning to a world in need. They make our world a better place. The values will change humanity and the way we are living. Feed the hungry. Clothe the naked. Love your neighbor. Take care of the widows. Honor your parents. Don't kill someone. Don't take stuff that don't belong to you. Treat others the way you want to be treated. And then in the end...do this all out of...

Two days in Macau

Friday and Saturday was great! On Friday morning we played with the kids at the Sheng Kung Hui Primary School where we stay. We helped the other teams as they presented kids, even from 3 years old, with the Easter story and, as you can imagine, played a lot!

WYW Working In Australia...

[video:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PIkFGOQoseQ 400x400] Beeeee beeeee eeeeeeeeee is the usual language that sheep use. I can guarantee you I haven't heard another sound while I was working along side with Darko somewhere in the middle of nowhere in Australia, the motherland of sheep you could say. What a privilege it was, getting up in the morning at 6, driving half an hour to the paddocks unloading this unloading that, fill that , pump that, put that there, get out of there, tag him, run after him... beee beeee after two weeks, we almost sounded like sheep. But there was something more than just working. Seeing sunrise...

Long overdue

Wow, i don't even know where to start. The past few months have been a roller coaster of emotions and happenings and blessings...God has been so good to me. The foothills of Mt.Elgon

When we arrived in Kiminini (Kenya) at our host, we had been welcomed by his family and his extended spiritual family too: Two Mamas with the biggest hearts and smiles I’ve ever seen. They invited us to come to the village at the foothills of  Mt. Elgon just across the border in Uganda, to come strengthen and encourage some more family members. And we did.

"The conversations we have with God..."

My Beloved Shepherd, my Lord and I - Songs Of Solomon

(Part One)

You know those conversations we have with God; sitting at His feet, listening at His voice...

My highlight in China was a conversation I had with God, reflecting upon myself through His eyes, and also reflecting on His Bride, His Body, and His Church through His eyes!!

A tribute to our Refugee friends.

It rained today, the type of weather that screams 'stay in bed'. I didn't feel like going to the camp but I promised you I would, so I went.  I had lots of plans for new games we could play and I also promised to still braid your hair.  But you weren't there... I walked through the camp, expecting you to come running, screaming my name as you always did, but you didn't. There were no running footsteps, no waving hair and bright smile. No one eagerly grabbing my hand and saying 'come, come' to play a new game....

Children are Golden

Children are Golden
We do not get to choose how we start out in life. We do not get to choose the day we are born or the family we are born into, what we are named at birth, what country we are born in, and we do not get to choose our ancestry. -Konyenikan Hidden World was in Costa Rica the past 10 days. We were hosted by Teen Challenge. It is an organisation that focuses on rehabilitation for drug addicts and prostitution. It has intensive Bible courses and support.
