Please help us build a house for a family of 8 currently living in a small hut in which they can barely accommodate the whole family and their belongings. The lack of a secure house becomes especially oppressive in the face of the fast approaching rainy season. Please help us raise R33, 000 in order to provide a secure house for this family before the rains come. We woud like to start the project on the 23 rd of May and finish on the 5 th of June 2011. My prayer is ... for Turkey My prayer for Turkey was "God my pray is : sports ministry and introduce us with local people so that we can share with them the gospel" it was my prayer for Turkey, and I waited for God . But before I start to write more, I would like to explain some things about Turkey, Turkey is a country with 99% of Islam which is against the law to be against Islam and evangelizing Christianity, . A year ago I made a definite decision about 2015. It's a year later and we are debriefing the past 24 weeks of the journey. I am not sure who I am quoting now, but this is truly a life like no other. And this is what I mean by that: We have lived in dodgy hotels with almost no facilities and grand hotels with warm showers and coffee machines. We have lived in musquito nests and random islands. We have slept in airports and busstations. We have travelled with ALL kinds of buses and taxis (including a truck...

The past 3 weeks in the UK was wonderful. God truly blessed me with the opportunity to visit friends, housemates and family to share about God's awesome work during the past year. Every day I had fallen deeper and deeper in love with London ones again ,as I was walking over Tower Bridge and enjoying a spectacular view of The London Eye from Waterloo bridge. But above all, I had fallen deeper and deeper in love with God. I was again stunned at God's work, while sharing about the things God had done in my life and what He is still doing....

When I first laid my eyes on you and the rolling hills you sat upon. I thought what amazing luck I have that God had created such beautiful things and gave me the eyes to see them. I am forever changed by your existence. You are a place filled with so many stories and I feel so privileged to share some of these stories with you. I can't think of anything that excites a greater sense of childlike wonder than to be in a country where you are ignorant of almost everything. Suddenly you are five years old again....
A 25 hour day We departed from Havana, Cuba at 10 am and landed in Mexico, Cancun at 10 am with a 1 hour flight. This is how we experienced a 25 hour day. Some background information, we travelled for 17 hours on a truck/ bus from Santiago to Havana in the heat with our knees around our ears and sandwiches packed! We slept at the airport, leaving the comforts, security and love for our Cuban hosts behind and entering the UNKNOWN. The host unknown, the plan unknown, the nation unknown. What we do KNOW is that God is with...
