So after cold and grey Russia we arrived in Cuba..stepping of the plane I was welcomed with the heat of the Caribbean and people talking, laughing and smiling. Driving out of the airport it felt like I went back in time. There is nothing modern in Cuba, everything is still the Same as in the 80's. Please note that this blog was created on 28 July 2017 “I see those tears in your eyes… My love there’s no need to hide, just let me love you when your heart is tired!” song lyrics from Alan Walkers new song called Tired. These lyrics played a important role in my life this past few weeks ( 28 Jul. 2017 ) and (truth be told) helped me realize what Dad is trying to tell me. So with these lyrics in your mind and the fact that God will never let you down enjoy number 11 and I pray that...

A wise man I know said: 'The mind can only absorb what the bottom can endure.' After the past week I think my mind can absorb a lot more because this was a time my bottom was tested and it endured. Travelling from Bangkok to Phuket on bicycles approx 900 km, what an amazing challenge! We started of full of energy - in the hectic Bangkok, travelling till about 12 pm at night. Exhausted we found a space to sleep, under a roof for the 8 of us. The next few days we faced everything: bikes breaking down, doing a visa run...
LIFE ON THE ISLAND As on many islands you expect to get a lot of palm trees layered with coconuts, white sandy beaches and a friendly local greeting you in a vibrant tongue telling you to enjoy your stay on the island. Fiji is much the same. It consists of 333 islands with two main "bigger" islands . The people are extremely warm and relational orientated and your watch is only used to tell you when it's time for your next meal. According to history, Fijians came over from Africa with "big canoes" in the 1800's. Not hard to believe....
DANCE, SING, SHOUT, OPEN ARMS, REVELATION AND RELATIONSHIP!!! Those are the things I experienced, no wait!!! Those are the ways how God revealed Himself to me for which I'm thankful for until the end of days! Want to know what happened? Strap yourself in because you are about to find out. Let me tell you something today. JESUS CHRIST lives in YOU, yes you! If you did not know that now you do. Did you know that JC ( JESUS CHRIST ) CONQUERED EVERYTHING? I have been thinking about this topic recently and my understanding of the word faith has just been challenged in so many ways.
If you also have an ongoing battle with these remenents of the plague, you might just appreciate the following revelation I had regarding them..
So it has been a few days since we left the comfort of Europe and arrived here in Asia and it dawned on me that I haven’t really given feedback yet on what we did in Kosovo. With traveling over time zones always comes the intense confusion of not knowing if it is breakfast or dinner time and of course the body only wants to sleep. But I am awake and memories of the west are flooding back, so here is what happened… As going to Kosovo was an unexpected blessing after our China visas didn’t come through, we didn’t...
