David and Goliath - Adventure at the Market

David and Goliath - Adventure at the Market
Northbound book of records found the smallest and biggest apple of all time at the local Greek market in Athens. The market was such an invigorating experience with all the beautiful colors and fresh produce available. It was tantalizing just to look at. Urgently send Hidden World to Tibet.....

Urgently send Hidden World to Tibet.....
Five Hidden World members were urgently called to Tibet. This door only remains open until the beginning of October and until when it will be closed, we do not know.   Tibet is known as a closed country and is under a lot of oppression. Tourist could not enter for a while until June of this year and cannot enter after the 1st of October. Thus we are left with a very small open door. We arrived in Nepal and waited on the Lord for a clear direction of where to go. As He provided for us opportunity after opportunity...

Zanzibar- not only picture perfect beaches

Zanzibar is not only a honeymoon destination, but also an island of poor people hungry and ready for the knowledge of Jesus Christ.  Zanzibar was Arab territory for centuries. They brought slavery and Islam onto the island.  Slavery was abolished, but the overwhelming influence of Islam lingered. 95 % of the population in Zanzibar is Moslem, most of them very devoted. Few women are educated, and speak only Swahili.  8-22 December a team of 10 young people will visit the island to serve and support the few Christians in Zanzibar. Life-changing Guatemala

Life-changing Guatemala   Dear friends and family in Christ.   I want to thank you all for your continuous prayer for me and for our group!   I appreciate it so much and I don’t think we know how much of a difference prayer makes in our battle against the forces of evil.   Guatemala was a life-changing experience!   We were hosted by Ben and his congregation here in Panajachel, one of the most beautiful places I have ever been.   During day time we work at various work sites, I work at Nimmer and Jenifer’s house.   The...
