The first week!

Hey everyone!!!!  This week was such a challenge!  But I suppose I had to know that because I am doing the Global Challenge!  Hehe... Overwhelmed by God Promises and His Faithfulness

So I believe you have read our Hidden world blog on our first week of travels. This was definitely not how you would start a journey - hitch hiking to Paraguay because you do not have enough money. But God provide to each of us in the way we needed and there is definitely a plan with our first week being so challenging regarding finances.   So we made it to Santiago, Chile, in one peace, very excited to do our first ministry. Oh little town of Bethlehem....

Been in Bethlehem is an overwhelming feeling !! We are living just down the hill from MANGER square..  The Bling Bling team are living alone for the week and doing ministy in the Palestinian Refugee Camps. We have had an amazing time of orientation about the current situation between Israel and Palestine - i now realise how blinkered and uninformed i have been of whats going on around us... These people are desperate for any bit of hope and we have the answer - Jesus! The Silver team has had a very special time of bonding this week through prayer...
