Our journey back to South Africa was undoubtedly paved by the hand of the Father. The moment we heard the seriousness of Corona, we as teams were called to meet together at a central place in Brazil - a house in the mountains near a very small town. ...
I'm leading a team this year! In less than four years God has come and radically changed my life for the better. I believe that each and every single one of us are led to lead. In other words Christ leads us to lead others to him. What a privil...
I remember standing at the edge of a cliff. Looking out at the big wide blue ocean. Looking down and seeing a beautiful scary blue unknown. My heart pounding in my chest like the sound of an epic climactic drum solo. Should I jump? Should i let go of...

We spent one week in Greece. One week that help to shape my life. Our ministry there was to clean up the accommodation facilities and prepare the camping grounds for the summer season. We were preparing the ground for summer camps...both physically and in prayer!:) In the afternoons we had the opportunity to swim in the ocean, take long walks along the shoreline, play some sports and explore the little coastal town of Leptokarya. We also had amazing times of worship on the grass outside and around the camp fire at night where God really revealed Himself to us in...
Coffee with Discontent Seventeen months ago I got married and moved to rural Maasai land, Kenya. My husband has lived here for 15 years and is semi local by now. Before I moved, I realized that many things that had been life giving to me - like playing in a band, having philosophical conversations and having “me- time” - will probably not be available. In fact, I realized that I will not be having female friends for a long time and that communication with people back home will be limited. I would have other things though – a husband, beautiful...

Being faced with some major decisions about my future, a friend has asked me one simple yet complex question:“What would you do if fear did not influence your choice?”And of course this question has
started one of those major thinking cycles in my head.

She was of great encouragement to the whole team and also came to facilitate the...
It all happened so fast, because it felt like yesterday where we arrived in this warm country. One moment we were still in an air-conditioned airplane, but the next we were outside in the heat. What lied ahead was something which everyone was a little bit afraid of. We went to the Himalayas for a week to do a VERITAS course, just to escape the heat and the noise of Delhi. We arrived there and had the best time there, and God really treated us a lot! We saw the top point of the majestic mountains and it was the...
Dear world out there How can i describe the past three weeks with mere human words? I wish is were possible to transfer thoughts from one mind to another without using word, because words can be so limiting.
