Hi my name is Thandie Dumisani! I am 21, an American, and in Love with Jesus. Over the last 6 years Africa has really become a part of my life. I have been through a lot, although I am only 21, and have had to grow up quickly. 6 years ago I was on a mission trip to Malawi and had a dear friend, invite me to join her to pray on a mountain top, where she prayed every Saturday. Her not knowing that I myself hated God and struggled not to kill myself daily, ended up encountering Jesus on that mountain top and have never been the same and Africa has been forever ingrained into my heart. The following years continued to be difficult, with several traumatic events, until 3 years ago God placed me in Hawaii to live. In Hawaii i experienced God's family, God's daddy heart, and His intimate Love. I began to learn who i was and fell in love with Jesus and who God is. God has given me a desire to be in Africa and 2 years ago that desire became real as a friend shared with me about Global Challenge. My heart Leaped within me and God began to make a way. Now that I am here and about to partake on this journey, I am amazed at all God has done. I know in joining Global Challenge it will be challenging, transforming, and life changing. I can't wait to fall more in love with Jesus and see God's heart for Africa.

I'm a follower of Christ Jesus, who is Lord and Son of the Father in Heaven! My God is my everything and in all I do, I want to walk in His will!
