I am currently 22 years old and finished my studies in civil engineering at the end of 2012 at the University of Stellenbosch.
I am the merciful and gracious gift of God, as so called by my Heavenly Father Himself!

For those that don't know me - I am so inlove with Jesus! I am finishing my studies in Developmental Growth and Child Psychology as well as Child Day Care this year. After 3 years of practical and work experience in schools, youth ministres, art and studies - I am ready for the faith adventure! My dream is to open my own Pre-Primary School, one like no other in South Africa. I am really passionate and excited about this ministry God has called me to, but before this season comes, I feel God has been working in my heart and telling me that the time has come for a journey I have been praying about for so long - Global Challenge 2013!!! A year totally devoted to God, working for and with Him. Allowing Him to work in and through me as He heals people, shows them LIFE as He has shown me, while we build churches, orphanages, play and love children or outcasts and living a life of obedience. I can't wait!!

I was born into a loving Christian home in the tiny Free State town of Welkom. After six years, we moved to Pretoria, where I attended Hatfield Christian School. Despite all this, I found myself in bars and clubs every Friday and Saturday night last year. However, my Father rescued me and brought me out of darkness into light this year. He is drawing me into deeper intimacy with Him and, in doing so, He is changing my desire for bad things into a burning desire for His things. He brought me to a place where I can testify of His unmerited favour and boundless grace, since He saved a sinner like me and loved me despite my flaws.
